MarketLoom™, Market-Loom™, Market Loom™, Market-Loom.com™, market-loom.com™, Ascension Works™, AscensionWorks™, Ascension-Works™, ascension works™, Arete Praxis™, aretepraxis.net™, AretePraxis.net™, Arete-Praxis™, AretePraxis™, and aretepraxis™ are trademarks claimed by Arete Praxis LLC when used to identify its products or services.

Except as otherwise identified, the proprietary software and code, websites, original documentation, graphics, logos, and protectable interface, map-design and compilation elements provided by Arete Praxis LLC are owned by Arete Praxis LLC or its licensors. Copying, modification, redistribution, or other reuse of protected material is prohibited except as permitted by applicable law, an applicable license, or permission from Arete Praxis LLC or the relevant rights holder. Third-party components and trademarks remain subject to their respective rights and licenses. This notice does not claim ownership of user content, public-domain material, public facts, or third-party source records.

The original MarketLoom™ logo composition, design and artwork are proprietary works of Arete Praxis LLC, which claims exclusive creation and ownership of its original contributions. Any perceived names and marks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners and are excluded from this ownership claim. Arete Praxis LLC claims no ownership of those third parties or their intellectual-property rights and no authority to represent or advertise on their behalf. Their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement, and does not itself grant any advertising or trademark license.

Company-created map code, styling, overlays and protectable presentation are distinct from underlying basemaps, imagery, libraries and source records. Required provider credits, source links, licenses and data dates remain displayed with the applicable map, export or component. This notice does not replace those attributions.
